Tom has spent virtually his entire professional life, 18 years, in residential real estate.Beginning with Carpenter GMAC Real Estate he served as both an assistant managing broker and as a managing broker of two east side Indianapolis offices.He is currently an owner of RE/MAX Ability Plus in Fishers.

He has served in the Eastside Division leadership of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors (MIBOR). He was most recently on the MIBOR Housing Task Force Committee.Tom has served on panels and as a speaker on real estate topics including marketing, professional practices and ethics.


Tom is a graduate of Indiana University with a degree in marketing and psychology.

Jennifer started working with Team Endicott in August 2005, after 9 years in elementary education as an administrator and teacher. Jennifer has assisted many relocation clients who are interested in knowing more about the schools and community before deciding on an area to buy. Jennifer also works with a large number of first time homebuyers because she is able to teach throughout the process so that the clients understand and feel confident in the purchase of their new home. Jennifer pays close attention to detail and communicates effectively from the beginning of the transaction to closing & beyond!

Jennifer is an active volunteer with the Indianapolis 500 Festival, Alpha Omicron Pi Alumnae Chapter, Arthritis Research, Breast Cancer Awareness & Leukemia Society.

Since entering into a full time real estate career Jennifer has earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative certification.

Pam has 10 years of residential real estate experience.She has been the office manager of 2 brokerage/sales office for 2 different nationally franchised companies, Century 21 and Carpenter GMAC Real Estate. She was also the accounting manager for the Century 21 franchise.She has been the transaction coordinator/marketing specialist for Team Endicott since September 2001.

As Transaction Manager for Team Endicott she has primary responsibility for managing post accepted offer steps to closing including coordinating inspections and inspection responses, inspection repairs, title work and mortgage processing. Pam also prepares marketing materials for listings plus educational and informational materials for buyers.
