A variety of documents are necessary when beginning the mortgage application process. It is helpful to locate copies of the following documents and have the following information available for your mortgage professional requests them:

1. Residence addresses, last 2 years
2. Name and address of all employers, last 2 years
3. Previous 2 year's W-2's and pay stubs last 30-60 days
4. Previous 2 months statements for checking, savings, retirement, investment and other asset accounts
5. Name, addresses, account numbers, balance and minimum payment on all loans, credit cards, mortgages, etc.
